The 5-6 kyu graduation pictures

Congratulations to Grete who got her 6th kyu and Jen and Michael who received their 5th kyu. All did very well!

5th and 6th kyu graduation next Saturday (10/09/2011)…

On the 10th of September at 9:30 the club will hold a graduation for the 5th and 6th kyu students. There will be also a short training.

Here are a few pictures from our annual seminar with Shihan Ulf Evenås that took place a few weeks ago in Aalborg.It was a pleasure as always to to have Shihan in Aalborg! We enjoyed the chance to refine the basics and to train a bit more seldom presented techniques.And we are very happy that there so many participants, from many different countries!
